The impact of trauma can be felt physically, emotionally, relationally, and spiritually, and research shows that body-based counselling can positively transform the impact of traumatic memories. This webinar explores key approaches to body-based counselling that will help those affected by trauma increase their tolerance of body sensations and related emotions. You will learn practical strategies for helping clients reduce traumatic arousal so they can approach life and relationships with hope and choice.
