Trainers and Consultants

Vicki is a Marriage and Family Therapist, who has provided leadership in her field for many years as an Approved Supervisor with the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. She is the past Clinical Director of the Crisis & Trauma Resource Institute, where she led a large team of trainers and consultants. She believes that it is essential for leaders to continue learning and developing their self-awareness alongside evolving leadership skills. Vicki continues her own path of personal growth with mindfulness practices including the contemplative and active streams. She is the editor and a contributing author of  Counselling Insights and Counselling in Relationships books, and co-author of A Little Book About Trauma-Informed Workplaces. She is particularly gifted at creating a learning atmosphere that is collaborative and respectful, and which embraces diversity in personal identity, skills, and cultural perspectives.
