Warren is a clinical counsellor, program manager, and consultant with years of experience working in a variety of settings. He has worked closely with Indigenous communities and in correctional facilities to develop and implement programs that address the complex layers of trauma, addiction, and conflict resolution.

With a background in counselling, specializing in trauma, grief and loss, addiction, and restorative justice, Warren has dedicated his career to supporting individuals and communities through their most challenging times. His holistic and innovative approach to healing combines traditional Indigenous knowledge with modern therapeutic practices and principles of restorative justice, offering a unique perspective that bridges cultural divides and promotes understanding and resilience. Warren’s work is not only professional but also deeply personal, rooted in his own journey through trauma and recovery.

Warren believes that the root of angst for many of his clients involves the universal need to find safety, connection, and meaning in the context of community, whether at home, at work, or in society at large. This belief fuels his passion for providing facilitation that is welcoming, engaging, and leads to transformative outcomes.
