MSC

Location: Alberta

Marlowe is a neuroscience-informed behavioural health and human performance professional, author, speaker, and facilitator with more than 20 years of experience in psychology, leadership, and human development. Her professional expertise, combined with her lived understanding of adversity and resilience, allows her to connect with audiences in a way that is both evidence-informed and deeply human.

She has supported leaders, organizations, educators, clinicians, performers, athletes, and families facing stress, change, trauma, and behavioural complexity. Marlowe is especially passionate about helping people recognize the hidden neurological and emotional drivers beneath behaviour so they can approach themselves and others with greater insight, confidence, and compassion.

Her facilitation style is engaging, reflective, and practical, incorporating neuroscience, storytelling, humour, and meaningful conversation. Marlowe believes in the resilience of the human spirit – that when people are met with understanding, connection, and the right tools, even life’s most difficult circumstances can become catalysts for growth, purpose, and transformational leadership.
