Trainers and Consultants

Deborah has worked in the conflict resolution and criminal justice field for 15 years, and is currently part of the leadership team within her organization. She teaches CTRI workshops in the areas of restorative justice, bullying, violence prevention, and conflict resolution. Deborah has been active in the Restorative Justice field since 2003, and as a facilitator works to provide victims and offenders opportunities for discussion to address harmful events. She has served as a board director on the Alberta Restorative Justice Association (ARJA) from 2009-2015, and as Chairperson from 2012-2015. In addition to training with CTRI, Deborah is an experienced mediator and a professional certified coach. She is an enthusiastic presenter who enjoys facilitating interaction and dialogue among participants.
