Anatasia is a professor of clinical psychology, a licensed psychologist, and a leader in equity, mental health, and organizational change. With over 20 years of experience in higher education, she has taught and mentored hundreds of doctoral students while serving in key leadership roles across admissions, curriculum, faculty governance, and DEIBJ strategy. In her private practice, she specializes in anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, and identity-related stress.

Anatasia works with companies, healthcare systems, and nonprofits to advance inclusive leadership, psychological safety, and conflict resolution. She is the developer of the widely adopted Kim Constructive Conversations (KCC) model and is the founder of Taking Flight, a pipeline program for first-generation, BIPOC students. She is the lead author of three books: It’s Time to Talk (and Listen), Clinical Psychology Internship for Underrepresented Students, and Cultivating Equitable and Inclusive Conversations in Higher Education. Anatasia believes courageous connection, especially across difference, is the foundation for healing, equity, and meaningful change.
