Trainers and Consultants

Nicole is a bilingual Registered Social Worker (French and English), who holds a Master of Social Work degree. She also has additional certifications in areas related to trauma and loss, suicide prevention and intervention, violence and threat risk assessment, and nonviolent crisis intervention. Her professional experience includes direct clinical practice with children and youth in individual and group settings; systemic work targeting organizational change, crisis intervention, mental health training, postsecondary education in the social services field, service coordination, and clinical supervision.

In addition to her work with CTRI, Nicole works for an organization where she provides clinical supervision to a large, diverse team that offers a range of social services to children and youth. She is committed to lifelong learning and believes that there is always something to learn and room to grow. As a trainer, Nicole creates a supportive and safe learning environment grounded in respect and compassion for all learners. She draws on her passion and experience to provide trainings that are engaging, positive, and memorable.
