Nicole is a bilingual (French and English) Registered Social Worker, holding a Master of Social Work degree. Her professional experience includes direct clinical practice with children and youth in individual and group settings; systemic work targeting organizational change, crisis intervention, and mental health training; and postsecondary education in the social services field. In addition to her work with CTRI, Nicole works for a school board specializing in the areas of mental health and well-being, suicide prevention and intervention, violence and threat assessment, attendance, crisis intervention, trauma and loss. She is committed to lifelong learning and believes that there is always something to learn and room to grow. As a trainer, Nicole creates a supportive and safe learning environment grounded in respect and compassion for all learners. She draws on her passion and experience to provide trainings that are engaging, positive, and memorable.
