Kimber is a Tribal Member of the Chiricahua Apache Mimbres Band Nation. Her thirty-year multifaceted career spans state, Tribal, and federal leadership roles in Head Start, Child Care, workforce development, mental health, and Tribal vocational rehabilitation programs, alongside contributions in substance abuse treatment and child welfare sectors. Kimber is an author, and has worked internationally as a trainer, trauma-sensitive meditation teacher, and consultant. She collaborates with Tribal, Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian, and First Nation communities to create healing-centred strategies and sustainable systems, and works with high-achieving executives to assist them in elevating their leadership skills and embodying wellness.

Kimber is of European descent with Cayuga and Chiricahua Apache heritage and belongs to the adopted lineage of the Tlish Diyan and Grandfather Ten Bears. She believes in partnering with All Our Relations to identify and share our gifts, knowing that when we work in this way, we are naturally holistic, integrative, healing, and inclusive.
