She has led multi-million-dollar behavioural health programs and is recognized for guiding leaders through complex change; strengthening organizational culture and embedding trauma-informed practices across healthcare, law enforcement, education, and social service systems.

Jennifer’s work centres on building resilient leadership, supporting individuals and teams impacted by trauma and substance use, and advancing effective crisis intervention strategies, particularly within first responder communities. She brings a systems-level perspective that bridges clinical expertise with operational strategy to create sustainable, psychologically safe environments.
