Deanne has cultivated her experience in leadership, coaching, and strategies for supporting the workforce over many years as a manager, director and senior leader within the public and not-for-profit sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology, a Master of Public Health degree, and a master’s certificate in organizational design and development. Her experience of over fifteen years in mental health and addiction services has given her a strong foundation to support staff and leaders in addressing workplace challenges with compassion and understanding.

Deanne believes our history shapes who we are today but doesn’t have to determine our future. The more we understand ourselves, others, and what is happening around us, the better we can minimize the impact of trauma on our lives. Deanne believes attuning to the mental health needs of your staff can greatly improve organizational outcomes, retention, and engagement. As a facilitator, Deanne incorporates humour, storytelling, and interactive discussions to ensure training sessions are not only educational and challenging but also entertaining and memorable.
