Trainers and Consultants

Catherine is a skilled educator, facilitator, and trainer specializing in mental health (promotion and intervention) and sexual violence. Her professional experience includes both developing and delivering programs for a wide variety of audiences, from students to seniors, across many settings such as schools, workplaces, and the justice system.

Catherine holds both a Bachelor and Master of Social Work degree from the Université du Québec à Montréal. She is motivated by values of equity and social justice, and believes that empathy can go a long way. The concept of agency is at the core of her practice, as she tries to give back a sense of power and autonomy to the people she works with.

As a trainer, Catherine is down to earth and likes to deliver factual, science-based information in a concrete and accessible manner. She believes that in a training context, it’s possible to address serious topics while also having fun.

Catherine is located in Quebec and speaks both French and English.
