Angie is a Psychologist and has a Master of Education degree in Counselling Psychology. She has provided mental health services in a variety of settings including an eating disorders program, a youth mental health centre, housing for individuals transitioning from hospital to community, and a return-to-work treatment program for a national employee assistance provider. In addition to training with CTRI, Angie maintains a busy private practice where she provides therapy, consulting, and coaching to individuals and organizations. As a therapist, she believes that people seek therapy not for their problems, but because their current solutions are no longer working. This influences her training style, where she partners with her learners by taking a curious, nonjudgemental, strengths-based approach to support them as they create meaningful and lasting change.
