Allison is a Registered Social Worker with extensive experience in mental health. She has worked in various settings including an adult psychiatric hospital, schools, a women’s homeless shelter, and an employee assistance program. She holds a Master of Social Work and currently runs a small private practice where she supports clients facing anxiety, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, chronic illness, and burnout. Allison employs a bio-psycho-social approach and is passionate about helping individuals rediscover their inherent resilience. She enjoys working with both youth and adults, creating a supportive environment that encourages exploration and growth.

As a facilitator, Allison focuses on experiential learning by fostering an engaging and interactive atmosphere. She believes that continuous development and self-awareness are essential for effective practice, empowering participants to enhance their skills and deepen their understanding of mental health support.
