About this Workshop

Is your team looking for something more active than the traditional workshop-style approach to promoting wellness? This highly experiential workshop explores wellness in a wholistic and hands-on way.  Participants will be immersed in activities to better understand themselves and increase their awareness of what influences their wellness. Activities include creating an identity quilt, transformative visualization, reflection, movement, discussion, and more. Professional helping requires active attention to one’s own wellness. This workshop provides transformative tools for participants to use in the pursuit of their own wellness.
