1. Public and Live Virtual Workshops and National Events

Cancellation Policy

Registrations cancelled 7 or more days prior to the workshop are refundable, minus a $50.00 administrative fee. Alternatively you may receive a credit to attend a future training. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the workshop are non-refundable. If at anytime you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your registration to another individual at no extra cost. In this case, please notify CTRI of the name of the alternate person who will be attending.

We reserve the right to cancel workshops due to unforeseen circumstances or under-enrolment. Liability is limited to a refund of workshop fees only. Please make travel and accommodation arrangements with this in mind.

2. Live Webinars

Recording or reproduction of this copyrighted work is prohibited.

Cancellation Policy

Registrations cancelled 7 or more days prior to the live webinar are refundable, minus a $20.00 administrative fee. Alternatively you may receive a credit to attend a future training. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the live webinar are non-refundable. If at anytime you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your registration to another individual at no extra cost. In this case, please notify CTRI of the name of the alternate person who will be attending.

We reserve the right to cancel live webinars due to unforeseen circumstances or under-enrolment. Liability is limited to a refund of live webinar fees only.

Webinar participants will receive login details and information about viewing the webinar by email approximately 3 days prior to the date of the webinar.

Additional Viewers

In viewing a live or on-demand webinar or workshop, we ask that you allow only the number of people you register for to view the webinar or workshop.

You agree to allow only the number of people registered to view the webinar or workshop. If you need to add additional viewers, you will contact the office to do so.

3. Member Plans

Your Commitment

You agree not to distribute your password and allow only the number of people registered to access the member site. If you would like to add additional viewers, you will register for more. You agree with all the Terms and Conditions.

By Subscribing to the Member Plan you accept and agree to all of the covenants and imposed in this agreement.

CTRI Crisis & Trauma Resources Institute reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Except as otherwise stated herein, any change to these Terms is effective immediately after CTRI Crisis & Trauma Resources Institute gives notice to the User. Notice can be given through e-mail, a posting on the Site or any other means by which a User may obtain notice.

Subscription Costs

Individual Subscription Plan:

  • $12.99 a month which automatically renews monthly.
  • Automatically renews on the same date of each corresponding month
  • Subscription can be cancelled at any time
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable
  • CTRI may terminate the subscription if it is unable to renew the subscription based on inaccurate or outdated credit card information

Organization Subscription Plan (Minimum order of 10):

  • $11.99 a month for each person or $100.00 a year for each person.

For monthly organization subscribers:

  • Automatically renews on the same date of each corresponding month
  • Subscription can be cancelled at any time
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable
  • CTRI may terminate the subscription if it is unable to renew the subscription on inaccurate or outdated credit card information

For yearly organization subscribers:

  • You will be notified when your subscription is about to expire
  • After a year you will need to resubscribe for continued access to member benefits

CTRI Crisis & Trauma Resources Institute hereby grants each Subscriber a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to Access the content and information available in the Member Plan according to the provisions contained herein, and subject to the payment of the applicable subscription fees and adherence to these Terms. Each Subscriber agrees that the Member Plan may not be accessed by any person other than the Subscriber.

CTRI Crisis & Trauma Resources Institute will strive to provide webinars to its Subscribers on a continuous basis. However, from time to time, Subscribers may be unable to Access the webinars due to conditions beyond CTRI Crisis & Trauma Resources Institute’s control. Such conditions include, but are not limited to: force majeure, acts of nature, power outages, and the acts of computer hackers and others acting outside the law. Also, from time to time, Access may be unavailable due to software issues, server downtime, increased Internet traffic or downtime, programming errors, regular maintenance of the system, and other related reasons. CTRI Crisis & Trauma Resources Institute endeavors to provide the highest quality content to its Subscribers. To that end, CTRI Crisis & Trauma Resources Institute reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify, or discontinue any aspect or feature of this Site in whole or in part, including, without limitation, the content, availability, Access and/or the Terms of this Site. Such changes, modifications, additions or deletions will be effective immediately upon notice thereof, which notice may be made by posting such changes on this Site. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that they have sufficient and compatible hardware, software, telecommunications equipment and Internet service necessary for use of the Site.

Prohibited Conduct

User expressly agrees to refrain from doing, either personally or through an agent, any of the following “Prohibited Conduct”:

  • Capture, download, save, upload, or otherwise retain information and video content available on the Site other than what is expressly allowed by these Terms.
  • Permit or provide others Access to the Members Only Page using Your account name and password or otherwise, or the name and password of another authorized
  • Copy, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, redistribute, republish, alter, create derivative works from, assign, license, transfer or adapt any of the software, information, text, graphics, source code or HTML code, or other content available on the Site.
  • Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, legal notices, or other proprietary notations from the content available on the
  • Transfer the Site content to another person; “frame,” “mirror,” “in-line link,” or employ similar navigational technology to the Site content; or “deep link” to the Site content.
  • Engage in any other conduct which violates the Copyright Act or other laws of Canada the United States.

Access of the materials available at the Members Only Page beyond that of normal patterns of use that suggests systematic copying of the materials constitutes abuse will result in revocation or denial of Access. The terms “normal patterns” and “abuse” shall be determined solely by CTRI Crisis & Trauma Resources Institute.

4. Filming and Photography

Crisis & Trauma Resource Institute reserves the right to film video content and take photography at our events. Some of our workshops will be live-streamed and filmed for participants not in attendance. Filming and photography may also be used for promotional materials. If you would like to know if we will be filming an event you are attending, please contact our office.
