Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy

Registrations cancelled seven or more days before the workshop are refundable, minus a $50.00 administrative fee. Alternatively, you can keep a credit on file to attend a future training. Cancellations made less than seven days before the workshop are nonrefundable. If at any time you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your registration to another individual at no extra cost. In this case, please notify CTRI of the name and email of the person who will be attending.

We reserve the right to cancel workshops due to unforeseen circumstances or low registration numbers. Liability is limited to a refund of workshop fees only. Please make travel and accommodation arrangements with this in mind.

We’re Always Improving

At CTRI, we’re committed to providing you with the most current and relevant training materials. Please note that our programs are continuously updated to reflect the latest info and best practices. As a result, the content may be updated after your registration date. Rest assured, these updates are designed to enhance your learning experience and keep you ahead of the curve!

Group Registration Instructions

To register a group for a workshop, choose the number you would like to register for the selected workshop and fill in all the relevant information. If you register four or more people on the same order, you’ll automatically receive a 5% discount.

Concerns and Grievances

If concerns arise at any time throughout the registration process, please email [email protected], or give us a call at 1-877-353-3205.

Special Accommodations for Disabilities

Please contact the CTRI office directly at 1-877-353-3205 or [email protected] to discuss any special needs or accommodations you may require in order to have a positive learning experience.

Continuing Education Credit

There are six continuing education credits earned for each day of training. For example, a one-day workshop earns six continuing education hours; a two-day workshop earns 12 hours; and a half-day workshop earns three hours. A certificate will be awarded upon the completion of the workshop. While many associations and licensing bodies accept CTRI workshops for continuing education credits, questions about approval should be directed to the specific association or licensing body for which you are requesting the credits.

See our Continuing Education Credits page for more information.

Filming and Photography

Crisis & Trauma Resource Institute reserves the right to film video content and take photos at our events. Filming and photography may be used for promotional materials. If you would like to know if we will be filming an event you are attending, please contact our office.
