As our Facilitator Relations & Logistics Coordinator, Jesse (they/them) keeps our workshops running smoothly from the ground up. They supervise our print shop, making sure it runs smoothly and stepping in with support as needed, onboard new facilitators and coordinate our public workshop schedule. Jesse is also our facilitators’ go-to for logistics support, sorting out whatever comes up so they can focus on delivering great training. Jesse’s calm disposition and organizational abilities make them a steady presence in this fast-paced environment. Jesse believes that everyone should be able to express themselves honestly, have the space to be vulnerable, and feel cared for, and that CTRI is working to create these spaces both within and outside the organization.
