As CTRI’s Instructional Designer, Jennifer (she/her) supports the team by designing effective learning experiences grounded in instructional design principles. Her work ensures workshops are rooted in adult learning theory and are intentional, outcomes-focused, and practical.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has collaborated with law enforcement agencies, government departments, and post-secondary institutions to design in-person, blended, and online training. She has also led the development of large-scale programs implemented across organizations.

In addition to her design work, Jennifer also delivers training for a wide range of valued clients, bringing expertise, presence, and professionalism to every audience and learning environment.

As a facilitator, Jennifer is energetic and thoughtful, committed to creating learning environments that are engaging, inclusive, and easily applicable.
