Evan Loster (He/Him) is our Director of Technology, partnering with our team and leadership to drive innovation and build the systems that support our mission. Evan brings a vast and diverse background spanning senior technology and operations roles in healthcare, and years running his own consulting practice where he advised organizations on digital transformation, business optimization, and strategic planning. His experience bridges technology and business in ways that create real, lasting value for the organizations he serves. Evan has a deep personal passion for mental health and addictions, and is wholeheartedly committed to the work CTRI does in the world. He believes that a trauma-informed lens, applied to technology and organizational systems, creates safer, more human-centered experiences for both staff and the people they serve.
