Administration

As Director of Training and Development, David works with CTRI’s development team to ensure our training materials are high quality, up to date, and aligned with our core values. He leads the development and refinement of content across our workshops and brings a strong instructional design background to creating meaningful, customized learning experiences for clients.

David has been a therapist in private practice since 2007, with a focus on marriage, family, and individual counselling. He holds an undergraduate degree in philosophy and a Master of Arts in Christian Counselling (MACC), and he is a Registered Professional Counsellor with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association (CPCA). He also holds professional certifications in change management, conflict resolution, and instructional design. With more than 30 years of experience as an organizational leader, David draws on his clinical background to support his mediation, consulting, and leadership work, and to keep CTRI’s materials accurate, practical, and grounded in real-world practice.
