Cat (she/her) is the Content Strategist for our marketing department, and she coordinates our train-the-trainer program. Her organizational skills, eagerness to take on new projects, and positive attitude ensure that the marketing team feels supported and can make the connection between our trainings and our marketing initiatives. These skills also come through in her role as Train-the-Trainer Coordinator, where she supports clients and trainers who are part of the program. With experience working on the front lines as a support worker in the shelter system and youth programs, Cat has witnessed firsthand the importance of being trauma-informed, and the beneficial impact it has on communities, individuals, and organizations. She is excited to be part of a team that strives to create more resilient, proactive, and safe workplaces and communities.
