Emma Twidale

With over fifteen years of experience as a helper, disruptor, and observer, Emma stands as an invaluable resource in the field of Indigenous trauma and resilience. Her contributions to the BC Society of Transition Houses and youth centres have been instrumental in their program development and client support. That’s where she also gained clinical experience and training as a counsellor and facilitator for community-based mental health and substance use programs in several BC Health Authority regions. Additionally, Emma has worked as a Crisis Response Coordinator with the interior region’s First Nations Health Authority.

In her private practice, Emma utilizes psychedelic-assisted therapies to facilitate people’s journeys towards wellness and joy. As a trainer, Emma brings a unique blend of personal experiences, curiosity, and enthusiasm for learning to each workshop, ensuring an engaging and transformative experience for all participants.
